Color Swatches

We are pleased to offer small sample swatches of the Leathers and Fabrics we offer (stock permitting) free of charge. Samples typically arrive within 4-5 days for U.S customers. Arrival time is 7-8 days for Canadian Customers, 10-12 days for international customers. Contact us by live chat or phone at 877.844.4988 to order swatches. For international customers upon placement of an order, Kardiel will refund the cost of the samples.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax outside the states of California and Washington. California and Washington residents will be charged the current California and Washington States Sales Tax Rate.

Special Orders

Special/custom orders require a longer arrival time than our in-stock items. There are options to rush delivery; standard delivery of special order items takes approximately 8-10 weeks to arrive to our warehouse or directly to either our warehouse or their final destination. Please be aware that wood, cowhide and leather products are made from natural materials and some variance is to be expected. More on that in the paragraph below.

Natural Materials

Your selected furniture is a unique individual. Leather and Fabrics are natural upholstery options and unique variance in color and texture is to be expected. A natural occurrence in leather is the appearance of creases; this is not a manufacturing defect. Wood grains and color tones are also subject to variation and naturally change appearance with age. During the manufacturing process, slight blemishes can occur in steel products; this is not a manufacturing defect. See warranty for further information. Enjoy your truly unique interior piece!

Warranty and Maintenance

Kardiel warranty and maintenance information must be reviewed and followed. These documents are available on the Kardiel website. Failure to follow warranty and maintenance requirements will void your warranty.

Specifications of Goods

Please review product specifications clearly stated on the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that Kardiel materials, features, design, and dimensions are suitable for your purposes. Kardiel is not responsible for items used as or under conditions not intended. Our furniture pieces are handcrafted. Slight variance in appearance and product specifications when ordering single but more notably multiple items of the same style is possible with handcrafted items.

Kardiel Reproductions

Kardiel does not affiliate itself with any other company or designer. Kardiel’s signature reproductions are high quality furnishings inspired from designs of the originals. Wholesalers, retailers, and anyone reselling Kardiel’s pieces must only describe, advertise, and sell our items as quality reproductions inspired but the style but not exact replications of the original designs.

Shipping Promotions

Shipping promotions and discounts are available to customers residing in the contingent U.S. states and Canada. Minimum order requirements may be required and will be indicated. We do service customers living in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please contact us for a quote for your individual orders. We rate these with the shipper to acquire the lowest price for you. Most quotes can be provided within 24 hours.
