The Kubus club chair, steeped in modernist history. Long before Tetris entered into the zeitgeist of vocabulary, Josef Hoffman introduced cubic perfection in the form of the Kubus series. Dubbed “mathematical beauty”, the Kubus surface features continual vertical and horizontal understated rows of tufted cubes. Through the extensive use of hand tufting, a rich warm texture is achieved. Available in a full size sofa version as well, Kubus will be forever recognized as the 1910 design that went on to inspire both the forerunners of Art Deco and the Modernist Movement.
