365 Day Furniture Return Promise
We give you 365 days to return an item unless its excessively used, damaged or soiled. If you request a return within 10 days of delivery we will even credit your account the cost of the return shipping back to us. Once returned, your items will be inspected. The appropriate credits and or refunds will be issued for the items along with any relevant state taxes.
Returns & Refunds
- Orders under $5000 can be returned to us without a restock fee. We also arrange and credit your Kardiel Account the cost of the return shipping within 10 days of delivery.
- Returned orders over $5000 will incur a 20% return fee. We arrange and credit your Kardiel account the cost of the return shipping within 10 days of delivery.
- Unfortunately Expedited & Upgraded Inside Delivery Options are non refundable.
- Shipping costs ‘to and from’ are deducted for items returned under the 365 day trial guarantee.
If you change your mind, contact us within 24 clock hours of placing your order and if your order has not shipped we are happy to help you order a different product. Exchanges for previously delivered furniture orders are not allowed.
Unlikely as it is, if you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit, is defective or missing a part, we will arrange a prompt replacement, a professional repair or a new part whichever is appropriate.
Accessory, Bath & Outdoor Returns
To request the return of products in our Accessory, Bath & Outdoor categories please contact us within 10 days of receipt for specific return instructions. Due to the nature of use, these items are not eligible for the 365 day return offer.
