1-15 Day Returns
Returns can be initiated online within 15 days to return your item(s) with all restocking fees waived. Return shipping costs apply.
16-365 Day Returns
Returns can be initiated online between 16 and 365 days. Return shipping costs and our standard 15% restocking fee apply.
Before we schedule a return pick up, the item must be repackaged in it's original carton with the original interior packaging in place. Returns also have to be in new, re-sellable condition. Once they leave you, returns usually arrive back to us in 7-10 business days. The original & return shipping costs are deducted from the order. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method, once your item(s) is (are) received and inspected.

In stock items: Orders can be canceled at no cost for up to 24 hours. Return shipping costs apply to orders that cancel after they ship from Kardiel’s warehouse.
Special Orders: Special Orders can be canceled at no cost until they ship. Return shipping costs apply to orders that cancel after they ship from Kardiel’s warehouse.
Shipping Damage. More protection.
Your order ships using one of two package protection options that you choose during checkout. Below are the differences in protection and how to file a claim in the event of damage upon delivery.
1. Package Protection by Route: * Concealed damage IS covered.
Fully protect shipments against loss, theft and damage including 60 days from the date of delivery to find and report ‘concealed damage’. Easy online reporting. Choose between a full order refund or we ship a new order within 48 hours of approval. Select or Deselect the Route insurance option at cart.

2. Standard Carrier protection: * Concealed damage IS NOT covered.
Shipments are protected against loss & damage until they reach you. Damage has to be noted and signed for at the time of delivery with the driver in order to file a shipping claim. Concealed damage or product loss claims reported after delivery are denied.
Need to file a claim? Email Service@kardiel.com the delivery receipt with noted damage to initiate a damage claim.
*What is Concealed damage? Damage to a product that is not noted on the bill of lading and signed for at the time of delivery.
