Returns can be initiated online within 15 days to return your item(s) with all restocking fees waived. Return shipping costs apply. The return shipping rate will vary from the original subsidized shipping paid. Customers are responsible for proper re-boxing in the original carton.
Returns can be initiated online between 16 and 365 days. Return shipping costs and our standard 15% restocking fee apply. The return shipping rate will vary from the original subsidized shipping paid. Customers are responsible for proper re-boxing in the original carton.
Items must be unaltered and in new, re-sellable condition for a refund. Once returned, your items will be inspected and the refund issued.
If you change your mind, contact us within 24 clock hours of placing your order and if your order has not shipped we are happy to help you order a different product. Exchanges for previously delivered furniture orders are not allowed.
Unlikely as it is, if you receive a product that’s been damaged in transit, is defective or missing a part, we will arrange a prompt replacement, a professional repair or a new part whichever is appropriate.

To request the return of products in our Accessory, Bath & Outdoor categories please contact us within 15 days of receipt for specific return instructions. Due to the nature of use, these items are not eligible for the 365 day return offer.
