Where we ship.
Kardiel delivers to any street address in the U.S & Canada. We service Hawaii and Alaska with estimated shipping rates at the time of checkout. These estimated rates will be verified and confirmed at time of shipment. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any of the U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico. We do ship to freight forwarders inside the U.S for our international customers wishing to purchase.
Fabric & Leather Samples
Samples of our fabric & leather color options are sent via Fedex with a shipping charge. No worries, you are sent a coupon code that rebates the shipping charge with your first order. The swatches typically arrive in 3-4 days. Samples can be ordered online or by calling us at 877.844.4988.
Average ordering times
Once your order ships, average delivery is 7-12 business days. For our Canadian customers our average is 9-12 business days. Hawaii and Alaska orders travel by sea freight with an average of 12-18 business days after leaving our warehouse.
About Sales Tax
We collect sales tax in all states that require it by law.
Payment Methods
We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Kardiel accepts payments via Affirm financial services. For any other payment method including wire transfers and checks, please contact us.
Preparing for delivery
Please check your entrances and hallway sizes prior to ordering to ensure your purchase will fit through the areas of your home. Please be aware that packaging will increase the overall size of the item. Please retain packaging for any returns or exchanges. If you are unsure, please call us. Unless you purchase inside delivery services during checkout, the delivery service will deliver your item curb-side. Curbside Delivery: acceptance of delivery will take place at the delivery vehicle.
With Inside Delivery Service, drop off location will be determined by the delivery agent. Your item/items will be delivered to the closest dry area (porch, garage, common area, lobby, building receiving areas, or inside the closest door of the dwelling/building).

Natural Materials
Leather and Fabrics are natural upholstery options and unique variance in color and texture is to be expected. Any fabrics designed to catch the light or that have LRV (light reflective value), example velvets, will have natural color changing properties. A natural occurrence in leather is the appearance of Patina and creases; this is not a manufacturing defect. Wood grains and color tones are also subject to variation and naturally change appearance with age.
International Warranty
Kardiel does not offer warranty services on items shipped internationally, outside of the U.S and Canada. Kardiel does not offer exchanges, repair parts, or replacements for items taken outside the USA or Canada.
Import duties and taxes
Kardiel.com does not charge or collect duties/taxes for goods shipped to international destinations. These taxes are paid by the customer upon arrival of the items to their destination country.
Currency Conversion
Your credit card will be charged in the amount of your order in your currency type.
