Platform Sideboard

Created around the simple yet effective architectural technique of creating distance by adding space between adjoining platforms. In the late 50’s & early 60’s, Finn Juhl and Arne Vodder were among the first to experiment with formica and natural wood surfaces in modernist storage units. Platform’s modern cubical effect is achieved through the application of a little geometry resulting in the artful combination of the varying door shapes tones.
