If it's not working out, no problem we get it.Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please repackage the item in its original carton with the original interior packaging in place. The returned item needs to be in new, sellable condition. Once the order has been received and inspected, the original & return shipping costs are deducted & the refund is issued back to the original payment method.

Cancelations
In stock items: Orders can be canceled at no cost for up to 24 hours. Return shipping costs apply to orders that cancel after they ship from Kardiel’s warehouse.
Special Orders: Special Orders can be canceled at no cost until they ship. Return shipping costs apply to orders that cancel after they ship from Kardiel’s warehouse.
Shipping Protection.
Relax, your Kardiel furniture delivery is protected against loss & damage. Please inspect and report any damage within 2 days of receiving your item.
Need to file a claim? Email Service@kardiel.com a copy of the delivery receipt with noted damage to initiate a damage claim.
